• Blocks of Time

  Professional Services Blocks of Time (BOT) are offered by Colony Business Systems’ Certified Microsoft and Networking Engineers to assist, troubleshoot, repair, train and install software and networking products in our client’s environments. BOT can also be used for phone support. BOT are discounted from our normal hourly rate and are offered in varying increments.



• Canon NetSpot Console

  Canon’s NetSpot Console is a software utility that can be utilized by Network Administrators and Key individuals to monitor, collect meter reads, install device options and easily utilize information for all printing devices on a LAN or WAN within a few mouse clicks. A Professional Service (PS) hour to small BOT is suggested to assist the client with installation and training.



• Canon Enterprise Management Console

  Canon’s EMC is a robust Network Administrator software package that will allow full control of Network printing devices. Network Admins can control, monitor, add options, drivers and utilities to print devices residing on their network. Plug-In software is also offered for EMC to enhance functionality. A minimum of a 5 hour BOT is suggested for installation and training.



• Canon ImageWare Accounting Manager Plug-In for EMC

  Canon’s IWAM Plug-In for EMC is a comprehensive Accounting software package for Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment of all your printing output. IWAM will provide precise reporting on usage of printers. You can track user and department cost of printing. You can tailor granular reports to your needs and export to other Accounting Systems. A minimum 10-hour BOT is suggested for installation and training.



• Canon ImageWare Publishing Manager

  Canon’s IPM is a software program that allows users to edit, annotate, use all output settings of printing devices and merge different file formats of documents into one print job. A minimum of an 8 hour BOT is suggested for installation and training.
